Chinese shopping site Clove announced it would be adding 360 shopping sites.
The company said it would launch the first 360 shopping website for the country later this month, and said it expects to add more 360 shopping stores by the end of 2019.
It will also make them available for free in China and offer other countries access to its shopping platform.
According to Reuters, Clove also plans to open its own China online video site, which it acquired earlier this year.
In 2018, Clovis bought 360 video platform Snapdeal, which is owned by Snapdeal’s parent company Alibaba.
The news comes amid an intensifying push by Chinese companies to launch 360 video sites.
Last month, Snapdeal said it had acquired 360 video service 360.com, a subsidiary of video service platform Vimeo, for $2 billion.
On Monday, Cloves online video service launched in China, and it said it is working with major Chinese companies like Alibaba, Tencent, Xiaomi, and Tencent’s own Baidu.
Earlier this year, Google also partnered with Chinese video site XQA to create 360 video site Vimeo.
