Online grocery store says it will shut down, shutting down stores for a month and closing stores for about a month

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) A grocery store in Texas says it’s shutting down its online shopping site and will close all of its stores for several months because of low traffic.

The store at 7800 Pecan Trail in Austin said in a statement Tuesday it will not reopen until it can establish a new business model, and it said the stores will be closed for about five months.

The Austin American-Statesman reported that the site had nearly 5,000 unique visitors per day at the time of the statement.
